Wesley Beck
President
Mr. Beck is the President of Aspyre Properties of Florida and Beckryger Capital Partners. He is actively involved in the growth and development of a variety of real estate, and entrepreneurial businesses. His background in banking/finance, accounting, construction, and manufacturing, gives him a unique perspective on how to create long term shareholder value. He currently serves on the boards for the Bank of Central Florida and Catapult. He previously served as Chairman of the Board for the Lakeland Economic Development Council and the Polk Museum of Art.
Josh Bolger
Property Manager
Josh has been a member of Aspyre Properties since 2008; the 14 years prior, Josh worked as an architectural design draftsman with projects ranging from world class resorts, public schools, retail and industrial designs. Josh holds a Florida real estate Sales Associate licenses and is a member of National Association of Realtors, Lakeland Area Realtors, and holds the designation of Certified Property Manager with IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). His daily responsibilities focus on operations of the properties managed by Aspyre Properties. Those properties include nearly 100,000 square feet of office, and 830,000 square feet of industrial/warehousing. With industries ranging from food distribution, customized packaging, brewing, industrial printing, distribution and medical packaging. His backgrounds in construction and architecture allow him to evaluate needs of potential and existing tenants and conceptualize those needs whether they be site needs, industrial processing, storage or office needs. He oversaw phase 3 of Interstate Commerce Park, which added building 800; 175,000 square feet and doubled building 400 adding 98,000 square feet. This expansion allowed our existing tenant IGT to expand into 45,000 square feet of new space. Currently he is overseeing the construction of a six-story parking garage with and attached three-story, 45,000 square feet office building.
Landon Beck
Project Manager
Landon Beck is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. He currently serves as a Project Manager at Aspyre Properties in Lakeland, Florida, where he is responsible for managing various projects related to the development and management of Aspyre Properties Industrial Portfolio. With his years of experience in the industry, Landon has developed a deep understanding of the complex and nuanced nature of commercial real estate. He has honed his skills in project management, real estate development, and portfolio management to become a valuable asset to any organization operating in this field. As a Project Manager at Aspyre Properties, Landon oversees a wide range of projects related to the development and management of the company’s Industrial Portfolio. He is responsible for coordinating and supervising a variety of tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. He works closely with other departments, such as construction, leasing, and property management, to ensure that all aspects of the projects are completed to a high standard.
